Zucchini Soup


500 g zucchini
     1 cup rice
     1 onion
     2 carrots
     2 tablespoons tomato paste
     dill, oregano, parsley


Sauteing the onions and carrots in water in fuzzy tomato paste. Pour zucchini and rice and pour in hot water. Cook until soft rice and zucchini.

Before presenting Sprinkle with parsley.
