Angel wings

2 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup pastry cream
2 tsp rum
1/2 tsp of vanilla
2-3 tbsp icing sugar
oil for frying


 Was added to the flour salt and sugar.
Separately, mix the egg yolks, cream, rum and vanilla.
• In flour is made well and pour the liquid ingredients gradually into it.
Involved dough and allowed to stand for 2-3 minutes.
Then it is rolled on a floured surface to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Cut into squares with sides 5 cm
In the middle is a hole with a sharp knife.
one edge of the square hole is tucked in and withdrawn from the upper side.
Sweet fry in a large amount of hot oil until golden.
angel wings are sprinkled with powdered sugar.
