Almond Tartalettes with berries


175 g of butter at room temperature
     100 g of sugar
     2 eggs
     2 egg yolks
     1/4 tsp almond extract
     200g cleaned and ground almonds
     '60 Flour
     1/4 teaspoon salt
     fresh or frozen berries


 The oven was heated to 160 C.
Forms for baking (Tartalettes, baskets or muffins) were oiled
The oil is well shaken with sugar and add the almond essence.
Add the eggs one by one and yolks after each dough is well shaken.
Flour is sieved and the salt is mixed with the ground almonds.
• When continually whipping at low speed to the oil mixture is added flour with ground almonds.
The dough is distributed forms.
• Top Place berries and lightly pressed.
Tartalettes bake 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
Almond Tartalettes with berries slightly cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
