100 g of sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 tsp almond extract
200g cleaned and ground almonds
'60 Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh or frozen berries
The oven was heated to 160 C.
• Forms for baking (Tartalettes, baskets or muffins) were oiled
• The oil is well shaken with sugar and add the almond essence.
• Add the eggs one by one and yolks after each dough is well shaken.
• Flour is sieved and the salt is mixed with the ground almonds.
• When continually whipping at low speed to the oil mixture is added flour with ground almonds.
• The dough is distributed forms.
• Top Place berries and lightly pressed.
• Tartalettes bake 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
• Almond Tartalettes with berries slightly cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
