Banana cake



400 g bananas
     or 2 large or 3 medium bananas
     200 g of sugar
     100 g butter
     2 eggs
     250 g flour
     1 tsp baking powder
     1 tsp cinnamon
     '50 Crushed walnuts


 210 g caster sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
crushed walnuts


 Bananas are creased with a fork.
The oil is well shaken with sugar.
Add one egg at a time, and after each test is well shaken.
Add bananas and flour sifted with baking powder and cinnamon.
Finally add the walnuts.
The dough is mixed and poured into a greased cake pan (22-24 cm diameter).
Banana cake bake in preheated oven at 175 C for approximately 1 hour readiness is checked with a stick.
Cool to form for 15 minutes and then taken out.
It is optional glaze: Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice.
