Blueberry pie


200 ml liquid cooking cream
     290 g flour
     2 tsp baking powder
     zest of one lemon
     150 g butter
     400 ml (~ 200 g) Blueberry

Topping

100 ml milk
100 ml cottage cheese or cream
1 egg
'50 Sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar


DOUGH

Sift the flour and baking powder, add the butter and lemon zest.
Shake to combine the kitchen while get small crumbs.
Add the cooking cream and kneads dough for a short time.
Wrap in cellophane bag (fresh foil).
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
 

Blueberry pie

• The oven was heated to 200 C.
The dough is rolled out and placed in a baking tin (28-30 cm), covering floors and walls.
Bottom sprinkle with a little starch or biscuit crumbs.
Wash and dry blueberries rank on the basis of the pie.
All products were combined for the filler, after which it was poured on blueberries.
