Lamb shoulder with beer

Products:


     1 pc. lamb shoulder


1 cup beer
1 cup water
salt
white or black pepper
oregano
savory
cumin
garlic powder

Shoulder cut into pieces that are placed in a baking dish, sprinkle with spices.
Pour water and beer tray and cover with foil.
It is baked at 200 degrees C for about 2 hours.
When the meat is roasted remains liquid to which was added slightly corn starch thickening.
• This is a wonderful sauce for pouring meat and toppings, which can be varied, a matter of taste.
