Potato croquettes with plums

Products:


     700 grams of potatoes
     150 g butter
     200g flour
     2 eggs
     salt to taste
     1 kg plums


about 20 sugar cubes
pinch of cinnamon
ground cloves to taste
'50 Crushed walnuts
'25 Breadcrumbs
1/2 c. h icing sugar

Potatoes Peel, cut and boil in salted water.
drained and ground into paste.
Once it has cooled completely was mixed with 50 g of butter, flour, eggs, and salt.
Wash the plums, stones are removed and in their place put a lump of sugar.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and cloves.

Each piece is placed on the first plum and completely covered by the dough.
• Shaped round croquettes cook gently for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
Remove with latticed spoon and dried.
Walnuts fry the breadcrumbs in the remaining hot oil until bread crumbs become golden brown.
