Chicken soup





1/2 pc. chicken
     2 pcs. peppers (green and red)
     1 pc. tomato
     2 pcs. carrot
     1 pc. onion
     1 tablespoon tomato paste
     1 pc. potato
     2 chicken bouillon cubes
     2 pcs. yolk
     2 tablespoons yogurt
     parsley
     pepper, salt
     vermicelli


 Carrots, potatoes and tomatoes are grated. Peppers, onions and parsley finely. The deep pots to boil chicken with vegetables. When cooked remove the chicken, boned and return to the pan along with bulyonchetata, tomato paste and vermicelli. When swell vermicelli added chopped parsley, pepper and salt. In a small bowl put 2 pcs. yolks and 2 tablespoons yogurt, mixed and the mixture thicken the soup.
