Tomato salad with cheese




Tomatoes - 2, medium
lettuce - 1 medium
Olives - 12. pitted
cheese - 100 g
olive oil - 3-4 tbsp
vinegar - 2 tablespoons apple or lemon juice
salt - to taste


Wash the vegetables.

Cut the tomatoes into crescents and wilt in lettuce cups.

Put the tomatoes on top, scatter the olives.

Cut cheese in kubchentsa and distribute it in two bowls.

Season the salad with salt, vinegar and olive oil
